- 1 Banana
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Steps
1 Done | Mash banana in a cup then add the 2 eggs and mix well it will look like soup (make sure the bananas dont have alot of lumps on them the less the better) |
2 Done | Heat pan on medium heat and add coconut oil to coat the pan. Immediately put in 1-2 tbsp of batter on the hot pan you should hear the sizzle. |
3 Done | Cook for 1 minute on each side ( to flip the pancakes be really easy with them, more of a slow motion than a fast flip) If you need to you can reflip to cook the other side for an additional 1 minute on each side. |
4 Done | Great add-ins: You can add walnuts, sugar free syrup, cinnamon, monk fruit , berries and so much more. These are a fantastic base to a great pancake and fantastic on their own as well. Enjoy! |
