Pre-heat oven (or toaster oven) to 400 degrees. |

Mix coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside. |

In a larger mixing bowl that can go in the microwave add the Mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute and mix thoroughly then put it back in for an additional 30 seconds to a minute watching that it doesn't burn. |

add flour mixture to mozzarella and mix to start forming a dough. 1/2 way through mixing add the raw scrambled egg and continue to kneed the dough till it looks uniform. |

Split the dough into four pieces and roll out a line and then form it into a bagel shapes. They doesn't need to look perfect. |

Pour a small amount of topping of your choice onto a plate and flip the bagel upside down the topping should have no problem sticking to the top of your bagel. |

Place your bagel on top of a piece of parchment paper and put it in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown on top |
