2-3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

1/2 cup Mushrooms Chopped Fresh

1/4 cup Scallions

1/2 cup Spinach

1 cup Hemp Hearts

1/2 cup Chicken Broth (or veggie broth)

pinch Sea Salt

pinch Ground Black Pepper

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Frying pan melt some butter (2-3 tbsp) (for flavor and it makes them more rice like - but you can skip if you want). |

Add chopped mushrooms, scallions and spinach and saute in the butter, stir often until mushrooms are soft |

Add hemp seeds, broth and sea salt and pepper. |

Mix and turn heat med low. Test for consistency it should take around 5-7 min. |

Add 1 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast (or more for a cheesier flavor; please note this is a strong flavor for some so add small quantities at a time and keep testing) |
