Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms Chopped Fresh
- 1/4 cup Scallions
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth (or veggie broth)
- pinch Sea Salt
- pinch Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

Steps
1 Done | Frying pan melt some butter (2-3 tbsp) (for flavor and it makes them more rice like - but you can skip if you want). |
2 Done | Add chopped mushrooms, scallions and spinach and saute in the butter, stir often until mushrooms are soft |
3 Done | Add hemp seeds, broth and sea salt and pepper. |
4 Done | Mix and turn heat med low. Test for consistency it should take around 5-7 min. |
5 Done | Add 1 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast (or more for a cheesier flavor; please note this is a strong flavor for some so add small quantities at a time and keep testing) |
6 Done | Serve with a sprinkle of scallions on top |
