Warm mozzarella in microwave until melted around 30-45 seconds dont burn it |

Wait till its not super hot then add the egg yolk and fold it in. |

Roll out the ball of dough you just created on parchment paper and cut into noodle sections. Or use an extruder to make spaghetti type noodles if thats what you prefer. It's easiest to make linguine or fettuccine type noodles though Let dry out in refrigerator overnight. |

Next day you can cook the pasta in boiling water for 45 seconds to max 60 seconds (yes seconds) |

Cool off noodles by rinsing with cool water to stop the cooking process and serve with some nice sauce and veggie. |
