                                          2-3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

                                          1/2 cup Mushrooms Chopped Fresh
 - 
                                          1/4 cup Scallions
 - 
                                          1/2 cup Spinach
 - 
                                          1 cup Hemp Hearts
 - 
                                          1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
 - 
                                          Pinch Sea Salt
 - 
                                          Pinch Ground Black Pepper
 - 
                                          1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

                                             Add Avocado oil in a pan and add chopped mushrooms, scallions and spinach and saute in the butter, stir often until mushrooms are soft  |

                                             Mix and turn heat med low. Test for consistency it should take around 5-7 min.  |
