Top 7 alternatives to replace our hot & cold cereals
In no particular order, and here we go…
#1: HighKey Keto Protein Breakfast Cereal is a great choice because it has 0 Net Carbs & 0 Sugar. There are no artificial ingredients either.
The texture is similar to what you are used to, I know texture is a bit problem for some people.
…and finally it has 10g of protein!
#2: Now for a hot options HighKey Snacks Keto Instant Hot Cereal hearty, low carb breakfast alternative to traditional instant oatmeal. Made with pecans and natural sweetener.
This option is gluten & grain free with all natural ingredients.
Also has a nice amount of protein in there as well.
#3: Keto Vanilla Strawberry Nut Granola Healthy Breakfast Cereal is a good choice for some and may not be for others. I don’t personally like to use things with sucralose unless I can’t help it. That being said this is an option for some that want a lower carb alternative and could care less about sucralose.
This is only 3g of net carbs but I can’t vouch for the taste, I’ve never tasted it but it comes highly recommended from friends and colleagues of mine who have.
#4: Diabetic Kitchen Cinnamon Pecan Granola Keto Cereal is another good option. One serving provides 5g of fiber without the extra carbs and gluten. On top of that, it’s brimming with healthy fats, which experts now say are critical for brain and heart health.
Mix this with some berries for a great breakfast option.
#5: Another Highkey product but I’ve heard so many good things and I needed to put something in here for my chocolate lovers out there.
HIghkey Keto Protein Cereal – Cocoa has 10g of protein and 0g of net carbs
#6: Keto Hot Breakfast by Keto and Co is another option for you if you like hot cereals instead of cold cereals. This one is Maple Brown Sugar flavored but there are other great options including just plain so you can add your own flavorings in there.
… and it has Psyllium Husk, which if you know me, you know is a staple in my house now.
This cereal is sweetened with a combination of Erythritol, Fiber, and Monk fruit which is great.
I haven’t tried Granola Bakery Keto Granola so I would love your opinion but here is another great alternative for your low carb cereal options.
This is handmade daily made with great ingredients including coconut chips, pecans and sunflower seeds. It is sweetened with Erythritol which I use alot as well as monk fruit extract. I love the way they have the ingredients very plainly listed. I can’t wait to try this one.
I will be making more of these lists. If you have a list you’d like for me to do let me know by commenting below and I will get right on it. Top 5 chip choices, or top 5 seasonings. Or just let me know if you prefer longer or shorter lists. I just want to make what you guys want to see.
