Low carb FOOD LIST for Vegans & Vegetarians
Here is a quick list I put together for Vegans & Vegetarians. Inspired by my new friend Kelvin.
IF YOU FIND OPTIONS YOU’D THINK BELONG ON THIS LIST PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
As I find the places to get these items I’m adding links as well. It’s a work in progress.
Not all options will fit into both vegan and vegetarian categories and I’m sure I missed alot.
Remember you want to stay low carb so check the net carbs on all your labels, not all vegan cheeses are created equal
When something is higher in carbs you don’t have to eat the whole serving size. Cut that serving size and add more variety. Variety and balance is key. Make sure you are eating enough protein, getting enough nutrients and vitamins as well as healthy fats.
You can click on some of the items below to send you directly to where you can purchase some of these items. You should always check your local stores if you are budget conscious, there may be cheaper options out there. Walmart carries alot of these brands as well as local grocery stores.
Please check ingredients for yourself before purchasing. I did my best to keep the list as clean as possible but you should always make sure to double check everything.

I’d love your feedback on this list. Did I add something by mistake? Let me know know I’d love to help. This list leans more towards Vegans than Vegetarians for a reason. I know that Vegetarians can pretty much eat everything a Vegan can eat and I wanted to make sure that I had plenty of options for both.
Enjoy!
