Ingredients
- 3 oz Cheddar Cheese, Fat Free, Shredded
- 1 oz Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Finely Ground Almond Flour
- Just the yolk Egg
- 2 tsp Italian Spices
- 1 tsp (add more to taste) - (Optional but I highly recommend) Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning BlendI added a link to this but if you have a store locally that sells it it's much cheaper there.

Steps
1 Done | Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees |
2 Done | Add cheeses (including cream cheese) in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 60 seconds, remove and mix well then put back in the microwave for an additional 15 seconds. |

4 Done | Put the dough ball on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and flatten with another piece of parchment paper to form. (Alternatively separate the dough into equal parts to make smaller pitas.) I prefer the smaller pitas |
5 Done | Remove the top parchment paper that you used to flatten the dough to rounds and put the pitas in the 400 degree pre-heated oven for 10 minutes (do not grease the parchment at all there is no need it peels right off ) |
