Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 4 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Eggscrambled
- pinch Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning BlendI use this for a topping but you can use anything that you prefer. Like rock salt or plain
Directions
Steps
1 Done | Pre-heat oven (or toaster oven) to 400 degrees. |
2 Done | Mix coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside. |
3 Done | In a larger mixing bowl that can go in the microwave add the Mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute and mix thoroughly then put it back in for an additional 30 seconds to a minute watching that it doesn't burn. |
4 Done | add flour mixture to mozzarella and mix to start forming a dough. 1/2 way through mixing add the raw scrambled egg and continue to kneed the dough till it looks uniform. |
5 Done | Split the dough into four pieces and roll out a line and then form it into a bagel shapes. They doesn't need to look perfect. |
6 Done | Pour a small amount of topping of your choice onto a plate and flip the bagel upside down the topping should have no problem sticking to the top of your bagel. |
7 Done | Place your bagel on top of a piece of parchment paper and put it in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown on top |
