In a medium bowl add broccoli |

Use a spoon/fork or potato masher to break up broccoli |

Add everything else in the bowl and mix well |

Scoop 1/2 tbsp to 1 tbsp size nuggets onto parchment paper a bit apart and form into nuggets |

Bake for 20-25 min until firm and golden around the edges. Check after 20 min |
