Greek Vanilla Berry yogurt

I prefer to make my own sweetened yogurts because I know the ingredients that are used to sweeten it up. There is no hidden sugars and nothing that may stall weight loss vs. flavored sweetened brands.

Add and mix frozen berries with monk fruit sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave safe cup and put in microwave for 30 seconds

Drain some liquid to a separate container (you can save that to add to the top if you like!

Add yogurt to berry mixture and mix well. This is the point where you can add other low carb addins like crushed pecans or dark chocolate chips!
