- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt - PlainFull Fat
- 1/4 cup Frozen or Fresh Berries
- 2 tsp Monkfruit Natural Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Add and mix frozen berries with monk fruit sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave safe cup and put in microwave for 30 seconds
Drain some liquid to a separate container (you can save that to add to the top if you like!
Add yogurt to berry mixture and mix well. This is the point where you can add other low carb addins like crushed pecans or dark chocolate chips!
