- 1 cup CucumberSliced
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt - PlainI use Oikos (Dannon) NonFat
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill
- 1 clove Garlic CloveFinely Minced
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon JuiceYou can use white vinegar if you don't have lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
Drain most of the water from Greek Yogurt
Combine all ingredients except cucumber in a bowl until well mixed.
