- 2 tbsp Finely Ground Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese(Softened)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- A Pinch Himalayan Salt
- A Pinch Italian Spices
Put butter in microwave for about 10-15 seconds to melt it
Add cream cheese and put in the microwave for an additional 2 to 3 seconds it doesn't need much
Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Put the container in your microwave for 90 seconds, let it cool for about 2 to 3 minutes.
TIP: Some people like to toast the bread afterwards and I tried that and it tasted like an English muffin so yum!
