- 3/4 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Organic Psyllium Husk Powder
Turn on your waffle iron and spray with olive oil to prepare for the mixture
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together
Optional: Add your spices for extra flavor - I add Italian spices and garlic for savory or Stevia or Monkfruit sugar & cinnamon for sweet. There are many other combinations let me know if you want some variations I'll be happy to write those recipes out as well.
Add a heaping tablespoon on a mini waffle iron (or more mixture for larger waffle irons)
Cook for 2-3 minutes DO NOT OPEN THE WAFFLE IRON
Take out of waffle iron and let cool for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Enjoy your "bun" for your sandwich
