Pasta & Rice alternatives for a lower carb lifestyle

I found this 4 Pack Assortment Low Carb Pasta from the Great Low Carb Bread Company. My cooking tip for this is to cook it about TWICE as long as it states on the package for best consistency. The shelf life is approximately 1 year. You’re either going to love this or hate it there is no middle ground in reviews really. I think for most people that didn’t like it they cooked it for not enough time. So again make sure you cook it for DOUBLE the amount of time it says in the instructions.
It comes with:

Wonder Noodles I have used before and I like both the Spaghetti and the linguine but I’m not a fan of the ziti.
Wonder Noodles are Carb-Free and Gluten-Free they are Kosher, Vegan, and Zero Calories.
These actually include 2 packages per container so you end up getting 6 packages total (2 in each container).
I like these because they are super quick to make about 2 minutes or less and you can add them to anything.
Wonder Noodles have:

Skinny Noodles are Low carb, Gluten Free. They are pre-cooked and packed in water. I’ve tried these and you need to rinse them well they make a GREAT replacement for Ramen type noodles as well. You can use a low carb ramen type seasoning for a delicious throw back to those Ramen noodle days! Also great with regular sauce or cheese sauce as well. Very versatile!
